CenterPlast is a modern, spacious practice for plastic and aesthetic surgery in the heart of Saarbrücken. The spectrum includes aesthetic, reconstructive, breast, facial, intimate and hand surgery. Outpatient procedures are performed in the practice’s 120-square-meter surgical unit, and inpatient procedures are performed in local hospitals.
For support we are looking for a person as soon as possible
Practice Manager (m/f/d)
part-time (30 hours/week)
Your tasks:
- Recording and billing of outpatient services, KV billing according to fee schedules (GOÄ, EBM, AOP)
- Practice organizational activities with medical practice software CGM Medistar
- Coordinating appointments and ensuring that consultation hours run smoothly
- Support and further development of the practice quality management system
- Open and appreciative communication in a team with different professional groups, with strong implementation skills and decision-making ability
- Assistance during consultation hours including dressing changes, removal of suture material as well as preparation of injections

Your profile:
- A completed training as an MFA or a qualification in the field of health management/economics
- The ability to optimize organizational structures and processes

- Experienced handling of common user software (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Surgical technical assistant (m/f/d)
part-time (30 hours/week)
Your tasks:
- Instrumentation, spring activities and assistance during surgical interventions
- Care of outpatients, pre- and post-inpatients
- Compliance and monitoring of hygiene
- Preparation and post-processing of the operating theatres
- Documentation of care-relevant data
- reprocessing of medical devices
- Application of bandages and splints as well as blood sampling
