CenterPlast makes no compromises when it comes to your safety. When planning your treatment, we do not miss any opportunity to keep the risks as low as possible. For your safety and in order to provide you with the best possible advice, we ask you to complete a short health questionnaire before the consultation. We need this information in order to recognize any risks in good time and to be able to better prevent them. Please note that it takes about 15 minutes to answer the questionnaire completely and conscientiously. Based on your answers, the surgeon can prepare for your consultation. Allow about 30 minutes for the consultation. The highly qualified specialists will ask you about your goals and wishes for change. The body region to be treated is then examined in detail. The specialists will explain the treatment options to you and answer all your questions. You will receive a detailed explanation and a personal, written offer. Possible treatment appointments can also be discussed with you. As we attach great importance to a comprehensive consultation, we will offer you a second appointment if you wish to have surgery in order to clarify any further questions. Please note that we can only make a binding appointment for an operation after the treatment contract has been signed.

Cancellation of appointment
We schedule 30 to 60 minutes for a consultation. We endeavor to offer all patients a prompt appointment. This is only possible because our patients show up on time for their appointments or cancel in good time if things don’t work out. Cancellation of an appointment is free of charge if it is made at least 48 hours before the agreed appointment. Cancellations can simply be made via the contact form or by telephone. Since we are an appointment-only practice, it is customary and legally compliant to charge you a cancellation fee if you do not show up or cancel at short notice. The cancellation fee will be waived on presentation of a medical certificate, a certificate from the authorities or confirmation from your employer that you were unable to attend the appointment. Please note that a corresponding certificate must be submitted within 14 days.
