Consultation

CenterPlast makes no compromises when it comes to your safety. When planning your treatment, we do not miss any opportunity to keep the risks as low as possible. For your safety and to be able to give you the best advice, we ask you to answer a short health questionnaire before the consultation. We need this information in order to identify any risks in good time and to be able to prevent them better. Note that it takes about 15 minutes to answer completely and conscientiously. Based on your answers, the surgeon can prepare for your consultation. Allow about 30 minutes for the consultation. The highly qualified specialists will ask you about your goals and wishes for change. Subsequently, the body region to be treated is examined in detail. The specialists will explain the treatment options and answer all your questions. You will receive a detailed explanation and a personal written offer. Possible treatment dates can also be discussed with you. As we attach great importance to a fully comprehensive consultation, we offer you a second appointment if you wish to have an operation in order to clarify any further questions. Please note that we can only make a binding appointment for an operation after the treatment contract has been signed.

COVID-19 protection measures

Your safety is our highest priority. We work according to the highest hygienic requirements. Measures taken include:

• The installation of additional disinfectant dispensers.
• Our employees also disinfect their hands at the reception after each patient contact.
• In order to contain the spread of the virus, we would like to ask you to wear a suitable mouth-nose protection mask (OP mask or FFP2 mask) within our practice premises.
• In order for us to maintain the prescribed safety distances, please come to your consultation appointments without an escort if possible.
• We allocate consultation appointments in such a way that there is no waiting time.
• All contact surfaces for daily use (door handles, computer, card reader) are regularly disinfected.
• We offer you the possibility of a Corona test during your visit.

During a consultation, we schedule 30 to 60 minutes of time for you. We make every effort to offer all patients a prompt appointment. This is only possible because our patients show up on time for their appointments or cancel in good time if things don’t work out. Cancellation of an appointment is free of charge if it is made at least 48 hours before the agreed appointment. Cancellation can easily be done via the contact form or by phone. Since we are an appointment-only practice, it is customary and legally compliant to bill you for any no-shows or cancellations at too short notice. The cancellation fee is waived upon presentation of a medical certificate, a certificate from the authorities or a confirmation from your employer that you were unable to attend the appointment. Please note that an appropriate certificate must be received within 14 days.
