Brow ptosis – drooping of the eyebrows
Brow ptosis refers to the drooping of the eyebrows below the upper bone edge of the eye socket.
Cause
The cause is usually a reduction in the skin elasticity of the forehead. Lowered eyebrows can convey a scowl. There are numerous techniques, such as the forehead lift, eyebrow lift, browplasty and brow pexy, which can be used to correct the shape and position of the eyebrows.
