What are exosomes and what makes the treatment so special?
Exosomes are tiny extracellular vesicles that transport natural messengers such as growth factors, proteins and genetic information. In modern aesthetic medicine, they are increasingly becoming the focus of attention as, from our specialist medical point of view, they can promote the skin’s natural regeneration processes in a remarkable way. Preparation
Individual and trusting: every skin is unique. That’s why your treatment at CenterPlast begins with a detailed personal consultation with Dr. Santos-Stahl. Here, we carefully analyze your skin needs, discuss your wishes and create an individual treatment concept that is tailored to your goals – with plenty of time, empathy and professional expertise.
Gentle and safe: Your skin will be thoroughly cleansed before the actual procedure. To make the treatment as comfortable as possible for you, please apply a local anaesthetic cream to your face or the area to be treated about an hour before your appointment. The cream should be left on for at least 60 minutes so that it can develop its full effect. Please note: The application does not take place in our practice, as otherwise the required lead time cannot be guaranteed. In this way, we create the ideal conditions for safe and effective absorption of the exosomes.
Treatment
High-tech meets nature: the plant exosomes are optimally infiltrated into the deeper layers of the skin using the finest needles. These tiny messenger substances specifically stimulate the natural regeneration processes of your skin – for more elasticity, radiance and evenness.
After the treatment
Regenerating & individual support: After the treatment, the skin is slightly reddened – a sign that regeneration is beginning. The redness usually subsides within a few hours to days. You should avoid sun and irritating skin care products for the first few days. Of course, we will provide you with personal care recommendations for at home to support the effect in the best possible way.
To optimize the treatment results, we use an LED light mask after the treatment. The synergy of LED and microneedling offers you these advantages:

FAQ – Frequently asked questions about exosome treatment
The skin usually appears fresher and smoother just a few days after treatment. The full results can be seen after several weeks, when the regeneration processes are complete.
Depending on skin type, age and lifestyle, the results can last for several months. Refresher treatments every 3-6 months are recommended to maintain the effect in the long term.
From our experience, we generally recommend 3-4 treatments at intervals of 4 to 6 weeks to support the best possible effects. After that, an occasional refresher treatment is sufficient.
